A House Divided Book Study
October 20 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 27, 2020
Tuesdays | September 8 – October 27 | 7:00 – 8:30 pm | Zoom |
In his new book, A House Divided, Rev. Mark Feldmeir examines eight of the most divisive issues of today: climate change, racism, immigration, health care, Medical aid in dying, Islamic extremism, homosexuality, and social isolation and suicide. He asks readers to think about these in terms of common values, instead of partisan divisions. Each chapter has a study guide for group discussion. Rev Mark leads first class, then Rev Jerry Butler and other Pathways teachers lead following sessions in this series.
The book is available for purchase at St. Andrew on September 1, 3, 8, and 10 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm for the discounted price of $14.
