Pet Blessing

On October Fourth, Christians celebrate the Feast Day of St Francis Assisi who held great love for God’s creation – often depicted with animals surrounding him. We invite you to bring your pets to the St Andrew labyrinth as we join together in liturgy and prayer to bless all that our pets bring to our lives and serve as a witness to our love, care, and concern for God’s Creation.
Congregational Care Ministers and clergy will be masked and ready to offer a blessing over your pet and gift you with a tag that serves as a reminder your family’s pet is blessed by God and by this community of St Andrew.
