October 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 18, 2021
Tuesdays | Beginning September 1 | 12:00 – 1:30 pm | Zoom
We live in difficult times. Life so often seems like a turbulent river threatening to drown us and destroy our world. Why, then, shouldn’t we cling to the certainty of the comfortable? Because, Pema Chodron, an American Buddhist nun, teaches in “Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change,” that kind of fear-based clinging keeps us from the infinitely more powerful experience of being fully alive.
Join us as we study her teachings and we begin to see not only how much better it feels to live an openhearted life, but we begin to naturally and more effectively reach out to help and heal all those around us.
Led by Christine Dozal and Mary Webster.
