Visiting Scholar: Christian Wealth & the Poverty of Riches – Dr. Hernandez

September 9, 16, 23, 30 | Monday | 7:00 – 9:00 pm

The study of happiness, as related to both work and wealth, has become a widespread buzzword in today’s business schools and leadership training programs. Dr. Albert Hernandez will lead us in examining ideas of Christian wealth (as a sign of God’s grace and blessings) against ancient Christian questions regarding the poverty of riches and the Apostolic poverty controversy of the Middle Ages. Dr. Albert Hernandez is an associate professor of the history of Christianity at Iliff School of Theology.
