In this class, we will engage in research, journaling, reading, music, meditation, and prayer to gain a historical, legal, theological, and economical understanding of Whiteness, racism, anti-racism, anti-Blackness, privilege, and oppression. This class will also provide practical strategies and actions for appropriate responses towards approaching atonement. Taught by Caran Ware Joseph.

 

Caran Ware Joseph serves as Chief Operating Officer and adjunct faculty member at Iliff School of Theology.
