St. Andrew United Methodist Church invites you, the community, to attend the regular weekly yoga class held on Wednesdays from 9:45 -10:45. Yoga helps improve flexibility, balance, alignment, posture, muscle tone, focus, awareness, and relaxation. This class is accessible to ALL BODIES; no experience necessary.
$15 for a drop in, or 10 classes for $100. The class “pack” never expires, yet there are also no refunds.

Laurie was trained in the Integrative Yoga Therapy tradition which has a focus on healing. Each session includes breath work, meditation/contemplation, physical postures, and relaxation. The style is a mix of Gentle and Hatha.
